Usually, one organisation on the project pays for all participants to use the system, so it’s possible that you will use Aconex at no expense. Access is charged as an all-in monthly fee, payable quarterly, so that billing is in step with the ongoing benefits of using the system. Payment can also be made upfront, in which case discounts will apply. The fee for using the system is often made back in administrative savings alone - and that’s before factoring in the increased productivity, reduced risk and shorter project timelines.

From documents such as drawings, tenders, contracts, reports, schedules and cost plans to correspondence items including email, RFIs, site instructions, variation requests, document transmittals and progress claims. Aconex can store any document type in their native file format. Workflows and tender documents are also easily managed on the system.

No. Powerful search functionality ensures that you can find what you need, when you need it, fast. An easily searchable project and global directory also means that you can find other members on the system at the click of a button.

You still own it. We can create project archives – in an online or DVD format – that will allow continued access to the information sent and received by your company for the life of the project. Facility managers can also experience significant benefits of using Aconex after project completion with information easily stored and retrieved for well informed decision making.
